The controller for anything this site collects is “Nexus Atlas” Ltd, a single-member limited liability company registered in the Republic of Bulgaria, UIC (tax ID) 208756891, reachable at office@nexusatlas.io. The full identity block is on the legal notice.
Contact and evaluation inquiries are processed as steps taken at your request prior to a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and on our legitimate interest in answering them (Art. 6(1)(f)); analytics run only on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); security and abuse records rest on our legitimate interest in keeping the site working (Art. 6(1)(f)). Correspondence is kept as long as the conversation and any engagement that follows require, then deleted — as a rule no longer than 24 months after the last exchange unless a contract or a legal obligation keeps it.
Three service providers, each bound by a data-processing agreement: Google Cloud (hosting, EU region), Twilio SendGrid (delivery of form submissions to our inbox), and — only after you consent — Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. SendGrid, Google and Microsoft may process data in the United States; those transfers rest on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Pages are served from our own infrastructure. Fonts are your system’s own. There are no tracking pixels, no session recorders, no visitor-journey profiling, and no third-party requests of any kind until you explicitly accept analytics.
Name, email, organisation, interest, message, and the page it was sent from — delivered to office@nexusatlas.io via our mail provider (SendGrid) and kept only as correspondence. No database, no marketing list, no diagnostics riding along, and no IP-based geolocation lookups.
We’d like to know which pages are actually useful. Nothing loads and no cookie is set unless you accept; declining changes nothing else about the site. Both providers process data outside the EU, which is exactly why we ask first.
Reopens the choice at any time. Withdrawing consent also clears the analytics cookies that were set.
For access, correction or deletion of anything you’ve sent us, write to office@nexusatlas.io. Please don’t include classified or export-controlled information in any message to this site. If you think we have handled your data wrongly and we cannot settle it between us, you can complain to the Bulgarian supervisory authority — the Commission for Personal Data Protection, cpdp.bg — or to the authority in your own country of residence.
If the site’s data practices change, this page changes first — and the consent question is asked again where it matters.
