Terms of use

Terms for this website.

These terms cover the use of nexusatlas.io itself. They are not the terms under which the software is licensed — that is a separate written agreement, and nothing here grants a licence to anything.

Effective 13 August 2026
Scope

What these terms apply to

Browsing this website, reading its documentation, running the simulations embedded in its pages, and submitting the contact form. Use of Nexus Atlas software — evaluation builds included — is governed by a separate written agreement between you and the operator. Where the two ever conflict, that agreement wins.

Operator

Who publishes this

The site is operated by “Nexus Atlas” Ltd, a single-member limited liability company registered in the Republic of Bulgaria, UIC (tax ID) 208756891 — identified on the legal notice.

Content

Ours, and yours to read

All content, diagrams, simulations and page source are © Nexus Atlas. You may read, link to, quote with attribution, and print for your own evaluation. You may not republish substantial parts as your own, or present the material as originating elsewhere. Product names and marks on the comparison pages belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only.

Figures

Measured means measured; simulated means simulated

Every number carries a label. Measured figures are properties of the stated configuration and environment and are reproducible under those conditions — they are not guarantees about yours. Anything labelled Simulation is a model built to illustrate a mechanism, not a recording of one. See evidence for what was tested, on what, and what was not.

No offer

Nothing here is a commitment

This site is informational. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, not an availability or performance commitment, and not a warranty. Roadmap and research material describes intent, which can change; features are labelled with their maturity precisely so that intent is never mistaken for delivery.

Acceptable use

Reasonable things, reasonably

Please do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without an invitation, or scrape it at a rate that degrades it for anyone else. If you believe you have found a security problem in this site or in the software, tell us through the contact page before telling anyone else; we would rather hear it early and fix it.

External links

Where the site points elsewhere

Links to standards bodies, vendor documentation and third-party projects are provided because they are useful. Their content is theirs; we do not control it and do not adopt it by linking.

Data

What the site collects

The contact form sends exactly the fields it shows, and analytics load only if you accept them. The full account is on the privacy notice.

Changes

These terms will change

The site is under active development and these terms will be revised as it changes. The version in force is the one published here.

Governing law

Bulgarian law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria, where the operator is established, and disputes arising from them fall to the competent Bulgarian courts. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory law of your own country of residence.

Accuracy note. This page is written to be accurate about how the site actually behaves; the operator’s identity block lives on the legal notice.
